Return Policy

We truly want our customers to be 100% satifsfied with the quality of our product and service. If you purchase an item and are not satisfied with it please call to arrange a return based on the following guildlines:

• Books and Patterns are copyrighted and for that reason we are unable to accept returns on these items.
• The purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.
• Fabric must be in original sale-able condition. That means no pet hairs, no smoke odors, etc.
• Other products need to be in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued a credit for the original purchase amount, not including shipping. Cost of shipping the return will be at your expense.


Shipping Policy


We ship USPS Priority mail usually within 24 hours of placing your order. If at all possible we try to ship the same day.

For Domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $5.50. If you think the actual shipping costs will be significantly lower, please contact us prior to completeing your order.
